Mary M. Bertolet, Of Counsel to the Firm

Mary M. Bertolet's practice emphasizes health care, professional corporations, trusts, estates and estate taxation, not-for-profit organizations and commercial lending.

Ms. Bertolet received a bachelor's degree from Sarah Lawrence College, her law degree and a Masters of Public Administration from New York University, and her L.L.M. in Taxation from the Villanova University School of Law.

Born in Reading, Ms. Bertolet has served on the Board of Directors of the Berks County Community Foundation and several other non-profit organizations. She has also been a member of the ethics committees of several health care providers. Ms. Bertolet is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Society of Healthcare Attorneys, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Berks County Estate Planning Council. Ms. Bertolet has also taught health care law courses.
