D. Frederick Muth's practice consists primarily of estate planning and estate and trust administration.
Mr. Muth received his B.A. degree in political science from Haverford College in 1954. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1957 and has practiced law in Berks County since that time.
Mr. Muth is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Supreme Court. Since 1976, he has been a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and is a member of the Berks County Estate Planning Council.
