Eric E. Winter, Associate

Eric Winter specializes in civil litigation.

Mr. Winter is a 1992 graduate of Muhlenberg High School, Laureldale, Pa and received his undergraduate degree in 1996 from the University of Scranton, having completed their Special Jesuit Liberal Arts program. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1999 from Villanova University School of Law.

Prior to joining Roland & Schlegel, P.C., Mr. Winter was employed as legal clerk for Pachtman Law Offices in Folsom, PA. He also served as law clerk to the Honorable Scott D. Keller, Berks County Court of Common Pleas, for two years, and as an Assistant District Attorney and Chief of Trials for the Berks County District Attorney’s Office for five years. During that time he served as supervising attorney for the DUI and Appeals Units and was the District Attorney’s representative to the Berks County DUI, Drug and Mental Health Treatment Courts. Mr. Winter is the Editor of the Berks County Law Journal and is a member of the Berks County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association. He has also been an instructor for a number of Continuing Legal Education Programs dealing with topics including Driving Under the Influence and Evidentiary Privileges.
