DUI/Vehicle Violations
Roland & Schlegel, P.C. is pleased to have two former Berks County prosecutors who have vast experience in prosecuting individuals charged with various types of criminal conduct. These attorneys now represent individuals who have been cited for various criminal offenses, including driving under the influence ("DUI") and motor vehicle violations. These former prosecutors have extensive trial experience and have defended criminal actions in Berks, Dauphin, Lancaster, Montgomery, Schuylkill, and Northampton Counties. As a former prosecutors, Attorneys Muir and Winter have experience practicing before all District Justices in Berks County, as well as many other District Justices throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
All motor vehicle violations are initially handled before a District Justice. The attorneys at Roland & Schlegel, P.C. have experience in representing defendants charged with violations of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code and pride themselves in handling first-time criminal defendants who are either charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or are charged with felony or misdemeanor offenses.
Attorney Muir often works with youthful offenders in juvenile court or young adults who have made mistakes. The firm understands the impact on drivers' licenses for such offenses as underage drinking, drug possession, and various traffic summary offenses.
